What a busy start to the year for all of our pupils. It was fantastic to see everyone back and well. In September the Senior room took part in Webinars with an Taoiseach and author David Walliams gaining an insight into their lives and achievements. The children created lots of lovely art work based on their summer holiday and returning to school.
Everyone enjoyed important social time playing games, quizzes and lots more getting to know each other activities.
On the 26th of August, all the children returned to school. In the junior room we welcomed Emily, Kali, Toby and Ryan to Junior Infants. Th children have settled into Junior Infants so well! We have been learning our rhymes, doing lots of fine motor skills activities and working so well in our groups. Keep up the great work everyone! We celebrated Roald Dahl Day 2021 on the 13th of September 2021. Throughout September, all the children listened to many of his much loved stories being read aloud. The stories included “The Enormous Crocodile” and ” The Giraffe, the Pelly and Me”.
